 January 18, 2017: R&B singer K. Michelle is officially OFF the market. MediaTakeOut.com confirmed that she and her boyfriend, Dr. Kastan Sims – a dentist – were engaged over the New Year.

We’re told that the VH1 cameras were there to capture it ALL – and we’ll be able to see the special moment on this season of K. Michelle’s show – MY LIFE.

Dr. Sims is from the same hometown as K. Michelle – Memphis, Tennessee. And she’s said that she’s ready to start a family with the good doc. Their kids will have some nice teeth.
