22 year old Gedeon Karasi is being charged with attempted murder, first-degree assault and robbery. – and faces up to 20 year in jail.
According to police, Gedeon was trying to rob store – carrying a baseball bat. The clerk was able to activate the panic alarm, which sent an alert to police, and locked the doors.

The clerk suffered serious injuries and contusions, but is in stable condition and is expected to be released from the hospital soon.
