February 2, 2017: There’s only one way to FIGHT the ignorance and hatred fostered by Donald Trump and the Republican party: by educating the young people.
And there are more and more young teachers out there that are dedicating their lives to making such a change. One such teacher is Valencia Clay, a 29-year-old teacher who holds a Ph.D. and teaches at Baltimore Freedom Academy as a 7th and 8th grade Humanities teacher.
Valencia believes in weaving conscious hip hop into her lectures.
