February 14, 2017: Chris Brown’s new GF Vanessa is already ruffling a few feathers. She was on Instagram the other day . .. saying that she’s “finer” than either Karrueche or Rihanna.

Vanessa was on Instagram live when some of her followers said that she wasn’t finer than Karrueche or Rihanna. Vanessa said she IS finer than Karrueche and Rihanna, whose music was playing in the background.
