February 9, 2017: Kim Kardashian stepped out yesterday with Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian – the three sisters were spotted out for lunch at Cafe Vega in Sherman Oaks, California. Kim was sporting some futuristic sunglasses and a black leather jacket. Kim was missing her lip piercing that she debuted last month.

For the past few weeks Kim was noticeably HIDING her butt from the cameras.

Yesterday her butt looked very different. In fact one cheek appeared to be significantly larger than the other.

Kim reportedly reduced her butt cheeks for their more than 50-inch size.
