May 17, 2017: A HORRIBLE video is making its way out of China – and it shows that BYSTANDER LIVESTREAMING occurs in all parts of the world.

The video shows a man confronting a woman believed to be his wife. He accuses her of infidelity, then attacks her with a meat cleaver.

You’ll see that no one does anything, other than FILM the incident for LIVESTREAM.

Local reports say that police eventually arrived and took the husband into custody. Luckily the wife survived the attack.
