Rapper Lil Wayne Spotted Out HIGH AS HECK . . . Sipping On Lean . . . And Saying ‘F**K CASH MONEY!! (Weezy Is A DRUG ADDICT)

July 29, 2016: Rapper Lil Wayne may be back to his old ways that got him sick this past June. He was spotted carrying two white styrofoam cups while out in Los Angeles with friends on July 28. He appears to be back on “lean,” the substance that has been allegedly causing his recent multiple seizures. 

Wayne was also rocking a white baseball cap with basic writing “F**k Cash Money” on it.

Dude is a complete MESS!!Lean is a mix of codeine-based prescription cough syrup, soda and often, Jolly Ranchers candy. The codeine, which is an opiate, produces a feeling of euphoria. The cough syrup also contains a drug called promethazine, which acts as a sedative.
